Job Description
What The Role Is The Singapore Police Force (SPF) plays a critical role in keeping Singapore safe and secure with our mission to prevent, deter and detect crime. The Service Ambassador is responsible for welcoming and guiding visitors to the appropriate services they need when they walk through our doors at Woodlands West Neighbouhood Centre (NPC) and Yishun NPC. The Service Ambassador will assess the nature of the enquiry or visit and provide step-by-step assistance to guide them to use digital services via the self-service kiosks, or refer the visitors to the relevant officers for follow-up. You will be placed under management executive scheme. What You Will Be Working On We are looking for a dedicated and friendly individual to serve as the first point of contact for visitors to Woodlands West NPC and Yishun NPC.
