Service Ambassador (contract) - SPF/ Tanglin Division (E Div)

The Singapore Police Force (SPF) plays a critical role in keeping Singapore safe and secure with our mission to prevent, deter and detect crime. As a Service Ambassador, you will play a vital role in shaping a positive service experience for the public by welcoming and guiding visitors to the appropriate services that they need when they enter the Neighbourhood Police Centre (NPC). You will assess the nature of their enquiries and provide step-by-step assistance for them to either use the digital services available via the self-service kiosks or refer them to the officers at the counter for follow-up. You will be placed under the management Executive Scheme.

As a Service Ambassador, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors to Kampong Java NPC, Orchard NPC or Toa Payoh NPC. Your main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
