Job Description
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner when they come for servicing and other repairs, directing them to an available technician.
- Display extensive knowledge about products and servicing of lorries, informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections.
- Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure repeat servicing and repairs of vehicles, advising customers on queries and consulting with technicians when necessary.
- Call customers to get feedback after 3 days of service, recording any defects found in the exercise book for review with the workshop manager.
- Prepare estimated quotations before service and repair works, obtaining customer approval to avoid disputes over cost.
- Ensure customer vehicle’s service and repair are completed on time as per job order.
