Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Follow NSSW standards in all customer touch points.
• Attend high profile major fleet customers.
• Promptly greet customers and understand their needs.
• Maintain proper inventory of customer’s vehicle and record customer’s requirements.
• Update customer database.
• Re‑confirm job requirements, repair details, costs involved, delivery time, etc. and obtain customer approval.
• Arrange test drives as required jointly with customers.
• Ensure legible and clear job advice and create job cards.
• Follow up on job progress.
• Provide feedback to customers for additional repairs, delayed delivery time and obtain approvals.
• Brief customers on warranty coverage and service contract coverage.
• Promote service contracts and other service products (upselling).
• Ensure job cards are closed on time.
