Service Administrative Support team (SAS) is part of the Global Capacity Center (GCC), and is responsible for supporting the commercial administrative process in MED region.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with Service Sales Teams in the MED region

  • Ensure an efficient flow of information

  • Support the commercial cycle through the SAP system

  • Recovery Management

  • Prepare business reports based on the Service performance

  • Enhance the data quality of the commercial system

    • Qualifications

  • Administrative/finance background / a Degree

  • Fluent in English, oral and written communication (Mandatory)

  • Be initiative-driven, highly motivated, and processes-oriented

  • Skilled IT user, including Microsoft Office
