Job Description
Responsibilities
- Greet guests by name if known and assist in seating them comfortably
- Serve guests within assigned stations under the supervision of the manager and supervisor
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of food beverage offerings and service details including preparation methods
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively respond to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and foster strong guest relations
- Report any customer complaints to the supervisor in a timely manner
- Place orders in the kitchen and ensure proper operating equipment is set up on tables
- Stock cabinets and drawers with adequate mis-en-place to facilitate smooth and efficient service
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance and wear the prescribed uniform at all times
- Ensure outlet cleanliness is maintained at all times
