Server Technical Lead at ITS

Lead server infrastructure initiatives within ITS to enhance system performance and security. The Technical Lead – Server will oversee design, support, and integration of server technologies vital to organizational success.
This position entails direct reporting to the Manager of Technical Services. With over nine years of IT support experience, you’ll focus on server design, capacity management, and providing Tier III support. Additional responsibilities include performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining configuration documentation for critical server components.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement server infrastructure systems
• Manage firmware/software releases and system configurations
• Troubleshoot and document Tier III incidents
• Monitor and analyze capacity and availability of systems
