Pre and post sales technical support for the use of Protocol Group Products
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide first/second line technical support for CNS Protocol test product lines (PCI Express, CXL, NVMe, Ethernet, Fibre Channel SAS, SATA).Respond to customer queries and requests for help using the support tracking system by web, email and zoom.Utilize Protocol Analyzers and other test and measurement equipment.Interpret and analyze trace capturesIndependently Interpret testing and compliance results and provide feedback to the customer.Communicate clearly between Customers and other internal individualsCollaborate with other team members: sales engineering, marketing, application engineering and product development teamsWork within organizational policies and practicesRecreate/validate reported issuesEscalate and involve/work wit...
