This role is pivotal in ensuring production efficiency, cost control, and high-quality output in alignment with our strategic goals. You will manage a team, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across departments to support plant operations and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team in Sequencing and Molding.
Organize production planning and scheduling to meet demand and optimize capacity.
Oversee mold maintenance, spare parts management, and machine availability.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001).
