September 2026 Tailings Engineering Co-op

EVR is seeking an Associate Geotechnical Technician to support tailings facility operations. The role starts September 2026 and will be contract‑based for 8 or 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and adhere to health and safety programmes and policies
• Manage the performance of instruments using GeoExplorer Software
• Analyse and process data to support operational planning and reporting requirements
• Support routine field tasks such as dam safety inspections and field data collection
• Complete basic troubleshooting and repair of geotechnical equipment
• Assist with various audits and internal self‑assessments to demonstrate compliance with tailings and mining regulatory requirements
• Update inspection databases and organise technical documentation
