Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the SEO strategy for client accounts to drive measurable search performance
- Work within a revenue-generating pod alongside account managers and content specialists
- Provide strategic insights and deep-dive reasoning behind SEO decisions
- Proactively solve problems and bring new ideas to the team rather than just executing tasks
- Occasionally participate in client calls to present work and strategy
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of professional SEO specialist experience
- Proven career progression in previous roles (avoiding frequent job-hopping)
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain complex reasoning
- Clear spoken English
- Ownership mindset and a highly strategic approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work with US Eastern time overlap
