Senior/M&E Executive (Grade A commercial building)

Our client is a leading Real Estate company. They are looking for a Senior/M&E Executive to assist their Building team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at Central of Singapore– easily accessible.

• Lead & Manage M&E Operations : Supervise a team of technicians and oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and daily operation of critical building systems, including ACMV, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, sanitary, and BMS.

• Drive Preventive Maintenance Excellence : Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive maintenance programmes to ensure all M&E systems remain safe, reliable, compliant, and operating at peak performance.

• Manage Contractors & Projects : Oversee contractors and service providers, ensuring maintenance, repair, and CAPEX projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and EHS standards.
