The team works with healthcare clusters, community partners and local stakeholders to support residents, especially seniors, in staying active, independent and well. We are seeking a dynamic Manager/Senior Manager to support the planning, implementation and scaling of pre‑frail programmes. The role will focus on strengthening community‑based preventive health efforts, connecting seniors to suitable lifestyle programmes, and supporting upstream interventions that delay or prevent frailty.
