Job Description
As a member of the HR Business Partners’ Team, you will be engaging our Groups, establishing a strong partnership between Management and our core business. On a day‑to‑day basis, expect to provide HR consultancy covering all aspects of the employee life cycle. You will work closely with business units in manpower planning, talent development, employee engagement, governance and guide them in the approach in managing the team with alignment to our HR policies/legislation. In this role, you will also provide strategic insights and ground sensing of your Groups in attraction and retention, tapping on data analytics in the execution of workforce plans, initiatives and building a collaborative organization culture, achieving the desired business goals of your stakeholders.
