The Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior/Lead SAP FICO Consultant to oversee the design, delivery, and governance of SAP Finance & Controlling solutions for large-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role involves leading consulting engagements, driving process excellence, mentoring junior team members, and serving as the primary functional expert for client leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Leadership & Architecture
Lead the end-to-end design of SAP FICO solutions, ensuring alignment with client business strategy and global best practices.
Architect financial processes involving FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking) and CO (CCA, PCA, COPA, Costing) in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
Drive blueprinting, solution design workshops, and cross-functional integration discussions with SD, MM, PP, and other teams.
