Job Description
Responsibilities
Perform quantity take-off, cost estimation and preparation of project budgets and cost plans.
Monitor, control, and record material usage and project costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to clients.
Prepare and certify subcontractors’ interim payment certificates.
Evaluate variation orders (VOs) and prepare supporting documentation.
Prepare and manage project final accounts, including negotiation and settlement with relevant parties.
Compile quotations, conduct price comparisons, and support negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
Attend site meetings, joint measurements, and site valuations for subcontractor certifications.
Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams on contractual and commercial matters.
