Senior/Blood Professional Assistant - Blood Resources Division (Blood Bank)

We are looking for driven individuals to join HSA’s Blood Resources Division – Blood bank team. In this front‑facing role, the individual will play a key role in securing the nation’s blood supply by performing essential blood collection support duties within a dynamic team.

• Act as first point of contact with donors at blood collection centres, handle enquiries, assist with appointment bookings, and manage feedback.
• Perform registration duties including registering donors for donation and phlebotomy linking.
• Conduct haemoglobin testing, including taking blood, explaining deferral if required, and checking, sorting blood bags and sample tubes before passing to the laboratory.
