Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Works Manager to join our construction team on a major rail infrastructure scheme. This high‑profile project will deliver significant enhancements to the local network, including the construction of two new stations, extensive earthworks, structure renewals and replacements, and the installation of new permanent way along a previously disused line.

Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will play a key leadership role in driving the safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery of construction works across the scheme. You will lead and coordinate a team of Works Managers and Forepersons, setting the standard for operational excellence across site.
