Senior Workforce Planner

We are seeking a Workforce Planner to join our Finance & Operations team and support the planning, allocation, and optimisation of our consulting workforce.

Working closely with Presales, Practice Leads, Engagement Leads, and Project Managers, you will help ensure consultants are assigned to the right projects based on their skills, availability, and business requirements. You will maintain visibility of consultant capacity, utilisation, and future project demand to support workforce planning and resource allocation decisions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3+ years' experience in workforce planning, resource management, or project operations within a consulting, professional services, or project-based environment.
