Senior Workforce Modeller: Forecasting & Data Insights

ACC is seeking an experienced Workforce Modeller to develop and enhance complex models for workforce planning and decision-making across New Zealand. You will work with diverse datasets and stakeholders to ensure capacity aligns with strategic goals.

You will use Python, SQL, SAS or R to generate insights, document methodologies, and provide practical recommendations that adjust to changing operational needs. Flexible locations across major cities are available.
