Role summary/purpose of job
The Senior Workday Analyst, as part of the Global HR Technology and Services team, is responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining the core Workday HR system while delivering excellent customer service to colleagues worldwide.
This role requires knowledge of HR processes and the ability to resolve issues; working in a team environment to analyse business processes and configure new functionality within the core HR system and other HR systems.
Key responsibilities and deliverables
Subject Matter Expert in Workday Talent and Performance module working closely with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement of functionality and business processes in line with the business strategy and Workday best practice.
Lead the Implementation of configuration changes, coordinating the end-to-end process including requirement capture, design, testing, training and documentation.
