Job Description
This is one of those rare opportunities for a senior or lead developer to really own the core of an agency’s tech offering. Working with the founder and leading on development across the full project lifecycle.
You’ll be a key part of technical leadership, building and deploying robust applications at speed with encouragement to utilise AI tooling not as a novelty, but as a genuine force multiplier. This is a hands‑on, autonomous role for someone who cares about shipping great work, working in a forward‑thinking environment and contributing to high level tech decisions.
Experience Needed:
- Background: Senior or lead-level web development experience with a strong PHP and WordPress foundation. You use the latest in WordPress plugins, ACF etc and have a deep understanding of PHP
- AI-Native: You live in the modern AI development ecosystem, prompting, orchestrating, and debugging alongside AI tools as standard practice.
