Senior Wealth Account Opening Specialist

Job Description
Seeking a highly experienced Wealth Account Opening professional to join the Private Banking Operations team. This person will initially come in as a contractor with the long-term intention of becoming a full-time leader and potential successor to an existing manager.
Key Responsibilities
 • Manage and support the end-to-end onboarding and account opening process for Wealth Management and Private Banking clients.
 • Serve as a subject matter expert on:
  ○ Trust accounts
  ○ Investment accounts
  ○ Asset transfers
  ○ Funding processes
  ○ Contra firm transfers
  ○ New account onboarding
 • Work closely alongside the current manager to gain knowledge and eventually serve as a potential successor.
 • Drive operational efficiency and improve client experience.
 • Support teams through periods of high account volume and changing business priorities.
