Senior VP, CRE Debt Origination & Strategy

WelcomeLend in Dubai is seeking a CRE capital markets professional to drive deal flow with borrowers, sponsors, and lenders. You will lead the full placement process, structure capital stacks, prepare materials, and negotiate terms for complex CRE financings.

You will translate market conditions into actionable guidance and utilize proprietary data tools to manage a high-volume, organized deal process. A minimum of 2 years in CRE debt/structured finance is required.
