Senior Visual Identity Manager

At IT By Design, we’re looking for a Creative Lead who can own and scale our brand across every touchpoint — digital, campaigns, events, and content.

This is NOT just a design role.

This is about building a consistent, high-quality brand system and ensuring everything we put out looks and feels world-class.

🎯 What you’ll do:

- Own brand consistency across all channels

- Define and enforce design systems (colors, typography, layouts, tone & voice)

- Act as the final quality check for all creative output

- Elevate campaign and event communication

- Build scalable templates, guidelines, and creative workflows

- Work closely with marketing, leadership, and content teams
