Senior Visual Designer – Brand & Communications

We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to support internal communications, employer branding, and external client-facing materials, including pitch decks and presentation templates.
This role is focused on strong visual craft, clarity, consistency, and speed.
The ideal candidate will be able to turn complex ideas, written narratives, and rough content into polished, brand-aligned visual materials.
The designer will work closely with talent and sales leadership to create high-quality visual assets and scalable templates, using Figma as a core production and collaboration tool.
