Job Description
Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Senior UX Researcher – Wealth Management / Capital Markets for their Weehawken Township, NJ/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:
+ Conducting User Research: use various research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies, to gather data about user behavior and preferences.
+ Evaluating and Reviewing Existing Products: Analyzing the user experience of existing product and services, to identify areas for improvement.
+ Analyzing Data: Interpreting data collected from user research, identifying trends, and extracting meaningful insights.
+ Communicating Insights: Clearly and concisely presenting research findings to designers, and other stakeholders, ensuring that insights are understood and actionable.
