About The Role HealthSource is the operational backbone of Datavant's release of information business — the product that thousands of internal operations specialists use every day to manage, process, and fulfill medical record requests. We're looking for a Senior UX Designer who is genuinely energized by the complexity of operational workflows — someone who can spend time with our ops teams, understand what slows them down, and turn those insights into designs that make hard work feel easier.
