Senior Utilities Analyst

About the Role A Senior Utilities Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate utility consumption tracking, billing oversight, and cost recovery across a diverse property portfolio. The role requires strong analytical capability, advanced reporting skills, and a strong understanding of utility management principles. The incumbent will drive efficiency, support sustainability initiatives, and deliver actionable insights to management. Minimum Requirements Education & Qualifications Matric / Grade 12 BCom Degree or Diploma in Chemical or Electrical Engineering Experience 5+ years’ utilities management experience within the energy services or property sector Knowledge & Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel Utility management software & smart metering systems Understanding of electricity, water, and waste management in multi-tenanted environments Knowledge of renewable energy systems (solar PV, battery storage) Financial literacy: utility billing, budgets, cost recovery, tariffs, municipal rat...
