Our Upwork channel already runs as a profitable Top Rated Plus agency with five Top Rated Plus members — so you'd be taking over a proven asset and pushing it further, not starting from scratch. We want someone with 5–8 years on Upwork and the closed revenue to prove it, who knows the channel cold. Full‑time, on‑site in our Lahore office.

What You'll Own

• Write tight, persona‑tailored proposals for software, design, and AI postings — hooks, structure, and value framing matched to each client, not one reused template.
• Run proposals as experiments: form a hypothesis, test it against real performance data, keep what wins, and turn it into a repeatable playbook.
• Pitch our AI service lines as confidently as traditional software work, without being the engineer behind them.
