Job Description
Salary and Compensation
Base salary: 94,200 – 115,200 CAD (based on a 35‑hour workweek).
Annual bonus target: 12% of base salary, with potential payout up to double the target, depending on personal and company performance.
Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP): Intact matches 50% of your net shares, up to 12% of salary or more. Also share plan & other savings options.
