Job Description
Lead end-to-end design for complex SaaS products — from discovery to high-fidelity systems.
Responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end UI/UX design process for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency .
- Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries .
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate and improve designs .
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture and best practices .
