Job Description
Our Senior Associates are deeply involved in all aspects ofthe M&A process from client development to transaction closing. SeniorAssociates are responsible for overseeing Associates on project teams andproviding senior M&A professionals with support and various deal materials.Senior Associates will handle more complex transactions and will handlecommunications with clients, which could include running meetings.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Regular duties include (but are not limited to):
- Coordinateand support due diligence engagements
- Draftdue diligence (QOE) workbooks, reports, and information memoranda
- Participatemeaningfully in all aspects of engagement development and execution
- Developand present analyses and presentations in client and prospect meetings
- Participatein M&A strategy development discussions
- Mentorand develop staff Associates
