The Senior Therapy Assistant will support Occupational Therapists in delivering person‑centred interventions within the Occupational Therapy Rehabilitation and Relapse Prevention team. This part‑time role (22.5 hours per week) involves working both in the PARALEL team office and within local community settings.

Main Duties

• Support the Occupational Therapist in delivering person‑centred interventions, including psycho‑education, cooking, shopping, social eating and relaxation sessions, delivered in groups and one‑to‑one, face‑to‑face or virtually.
• Plan, prepare and adapt interventions to meet service‑user preferences while maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Engage service users in therapeutic activities and facilitate a client‑focused approach.
