About the Team
You’ll join our Get Me Started squad, which focuses on the digital onboarding experience for customers joining ASB. The squad works on the systems and customer journeys that help people open accounts, provide identity information, and get started with ASB in a simple and secure way.
This is high-impact work that sits at the front door of the bank. The team works across complex digital flows, customer-facing platforms, and enterprise systems where quality, reliability, accessibility and speed matter. For an engineer who enjoys solving meaningful problems, improving automation, and working close to the customer experience, this is a great place to make a real contribution.
