Senior Tender & QS Lead – M&E (Chinese)

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Tender Manager for a Singapore-based role in an established M&E construction context.

You will drive end-to-end tender processes, prepare cost plans and BOQs, and coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and suppliers to win projects. You will review value engineering proposals, monitor market pricing, mentor the tender team, and support contract administration, including claims and dispute resolution.
