Senior Telecoms Counsel – MVNO & Regulatory Strategy

Confidential is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel in Dubai to support its Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) business. The role involves providing expert legal advice on telecoms regulations, MVNO-specific commercial arrangements, and data protection compliance, shaping commercial and regulatory strategies in a competitive market.

The successful candidate will lead contract negotiation, manage legal risks, and support partnerships with Mobile Network Operators. A qualified solicitor or barrister with a UK practising certificate and 7+ years PQE in telecoms law is required.
