Qualifications

10+ years of experience supporting and managing enterprise IBM Mainframe infrastructure in large-scale environments, preferably within government or public sector organizations

7+ years of demonstrated experience in Mainframe Performance and Capacity Management roles with responsibility for operational support and strategic planning

Strong experience with IBM Mainframe environments including z/OS, IMS, DB2, and enterprise computing infrastructure

Hands‑on experience using capacity management and performance analysis tools including MICS, RMF, SMF, and other ISV tools
