About the Role
As a member of the Farm Technical Team, you will support teaching delivery and demonstrate equipment and techniques, providing support and guidance to students on our FE and HE courses. You will create a positive, industry‑relevant learning environment to enhance the employability prospects of students. You will provide technical support and guidance to academic colleagues within the farm resource, ensuring all staff and students work safely and escalating issues where necessary. Working within the team, you will maintain a high standard of livestock health and welfare, crop production and machinery operation and maintenance.
