Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and maintain high‑quality API documentation, including reference guides, integration manuals, and developer guides
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand API functions, endpoints, authentication, and error handling
- Ensure API documentation aligns with RESTful best practices and industry standards
- Leverage Confluence, Component Content Management Systems (CCMS), and DITA XML to structure, manage, and deliver content efficiently
- Design and maintain information architecture and taxonomy for technical content
