Senior Technical Writer

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Technical Writer to document cloud-based services infrastructure and tooling, developing, maintaining, and coordinating documentation for a cloud-based software application.

Responsibilities

• Write, maintain, coordinate, and produce final versions of end-to-end technical software documentation
• Interview subject matter experts for documentation
• Use structured DITA authoring tools to create and maintain product documentation
• Mentor and oversee other team Technical Writers
• Publication and documentation process ownership
• Respond to inquiries from all levels of the organization pertaining to documentation

Qualifications

• Experience in technical writing for cloud-based services and tooling
• Proficiency with structured DITA authoring tools
• Ability to coordinate documentation efforts across teams
