Senior Technical Support Engineer

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

You will install, upgrade, and maintain NI/Emerson Optimal Plus systems across customer production environments, ensuring reliable and secure operations.

You will perform system and network integration activities between NI/Emerson Optimal Plus platforms and customer infrastructure.

You will provide ongoing IT administration and maintenance support for hardware, operating systems, and databases, including troubleshooting complex technical issues.

You will partner closely with Application Engineers and cross‑functional teams to resolve customer challenges efficiently and responsively.

You will support mission‑critical operations for gold‑level customers, including new production site rollouts, while ensuring minimal disruption and high customer satisfaction.
