Job Description
Senior Technical Support Engineer - BMH
Location: York, Pennsylvania; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; West Perth, Western Australia. May require up to 20% global travel.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to support the Bulk Materials Handling product portfolio, including railcar handling equipment, apron feeders, stackers, reclaimers, conveyors and associated material handling systems. The role provides advanced technical support across the full equipment lifecycle, owning complex technical cases from intake through resolution, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to reduce downtime, improve reliability and safety.
