Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide post-sales onboarding and assist customers with deploying RegScale across Docker and Kubernetes environments
- Participate in solution workshops to identify requirements and shape technical strategies
- Develop Python scripts for data loading and integration with external commercial tools
- Create and document product integration scripts to support platform extensibility
- Deliver customer training and technical demonstrations to support platform adoption
- Communicate customer technical requirements to the Product team to inform future enhancements
- Provide responsive technical support and troubleshooting for customer issues
- Proficiency in Python or Bash and at least one other language (e.g., C#, Golang, Rust, SQL, TypeScript, Java, or JavaScript)
- Experience with data manipulation of structured and unstructured data and developing REST APIs
