Senior Technical Project Manager – Thermal Generation

Objective

The Senior Technical Project Manager (STPM) – Thermal Generation Projects and New Technologies leads the technical development of large power projects and supports the decarbonization initiatives of the thermal generation fleet in Asia, Middle East and Africa region (AMEA). The STPM will be responsible for supporting the extensions of PPAs of existing thermal assets, development of greenfield thermal power projects (OCGT and CCGT), asset decarbonization initiatives and projects, assessment of new technologies in collaboration with the ENGIE Group Research and Innovation ecosystem, and management of third party engineering consultants. S/he may from time to time also be involved in Hydrogen and Battery Energy Storage projects.
