Senior Technical Programme Manager - LHP Programme

Extension anticipated to March 2029, subject to Phase 2 business case approval, We are seeking an experienced Technical Programme Manager to play a key role in delivering Phase 1 of the Llantrisant Health Park (LHP) Programme, a major regional transformation initiative for South East Wales. Phase 1 will deliver a Community Diagnostic Hub (CDH), supporting high‑volume diagnostic services across the region. The role is responsible for managing the digital elements of the programme, working closely with clinical, estates, digital, and regional partners to ensure safe, timely and assured delivery. You will provide strong programme leadership, overseeing inter‑dependencies across digital systems, infrastructure, clinical technology and data, ensuring alignment with approved business cases, national standards and NHS Wales digital architecture. The role includes managing delivery plans, risks, issues and assurance, and supporting readiness for future phases of the LHP programme.
