Job Description
Defining the role and ideal candidate
Sepire's looking for a person to delegate critical tasks, such as sales demos, platform strategy, managing offshore teams, code reviews, and UX design. We are focusing on enhancing UX, implementing industry-standard product management processes, and driving new features.
Core responsibilities
+ Run discovery calls and demos with prospects and customers.
+ Translate client needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.
+ Own the product backlog, sprint planning, and release notes.
+ Review pull requests at a high level; flag architecture or security risks.
+ Guide the offshore team daily; unblock issues fast.
+ Define and track product KPIs and usage analytics.
+ Keep documentation, API specs, and UX prototypes current.
Must-have skills & experience
+ 5–8 years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on a B2B SaaS platform.
