Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the key liaison between stakeholders and the facilities management team, ensuring timely and effective service delivery
- Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities across assigned sites
- Plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance works, asset upkeep, and infrastructure improvement projects
- Supervise on‑site contractors and service providers to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with required standards
- Conduct site inspections, monitor service quality, and implement corrective actions where necessary
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation within the facilities management system
- Support project implementation, including site coordination, measurements, and progress monitoring
