Senior Technical Analyst

Cint Marketplace is looking for a Technical Analyst for its Platform support team. This team provides 24/7 support to internal users and global customers, while partnering with stakeholders on product development. In this role, you'll resolve technical issues, debug API integrations, manage bug classification, and translate client needs into actionable tasks. You'll also support documentation and help clients adopt key platform features

What You Will Do

• Provide top-notch customer support for Cint platform users.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely fashion.
• Create and review technical documentation.
• Understand client requirements and translate those needs into actionable tickets.
• Classify submitted bugs and issues by the severity of their impact.
• Debug API integrations.
• Coach clients on adopting key features to help them meet their goals.
