The Technical Account Manager (TAM) goal is to ensure that our customers' organization is fully leveraging our state‑of‑the‑art Zero Trust solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Being customer's main technical contact and acting as a trusted advisor for Akamai's Zero Trust solutions.
  • Designing a journey with customer and providing assistance to help them achieve planned milestones.
  • Identifying and analyzing customer's requirements and providing technical recommendations through introduction of new features, products and services.
  • Assessing the deployment on a regular basis to identify gaps and provide best‑practice/optimization recommendations.
  • Supporting integration requirements between Akamai Zero Trust solutions and other third‑party solutions.
  • Providing technical training to the customer's team on the use and maintenance of the implemented Akamai products.
